We focus on your next season, elevating your mindset and purpose, and connecting to community and contribution.

Why I Do This Work

I didn't just study reinvention—I lived it.

After a devastating spinal injury, I spent months in a neck brace and 18 months in physical therapy. I had to rebuild my body, my spirit, and my identity from the ground up.

The journey back was raw, messy, and sacred. It taught me what true resilience looks like—and it gave birth to The Comeback Method.

Now, I guide other women through their own turning points, helping them rise stronger and more aligned than ever before.
